Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the CEO. He or she will serve as the CEO’s point of contact for all internal and external communication. The EA will also liaise with lay leaders and the Board of Directors.

Development Officer

The Development Officer will primarily focus on our community of trip leaders (“iTrek Leaders”) and their networks. Over the past seven years, we have had over 650 iTrek Leaders bring their peers to Israel and return eager to help the organization grow The Development Officer will build out a fundraising strategy for the community of iTrek Leaders, cultivating relationships and coordinating events. In addition, he or she will assist the development team in the cultivation, stewardship and solicitation of current and prospective donors. The candidate will report to the Director of Development, and be a part of the development team, with opportunities to expand his or her role.

Director of Programs

The Director of Programs is responsible for overseeing all iTrek programs and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.  The Director of Programs supervises and mentors the team of seven Program Managers and ensures that all iTrek programs are executed as high-quality experiences in fulfillment of the organization’s mission.  The Director of Programs enhances the educational and experiential components of all iTreks; creates and implements strategies for measurement and evaluation of program impact; coordinates leadership training for iTrek leaders; and oversees professional development of the program staff.

Chief Operating Officer

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Operating Officer (COO) will serve as the internal leader of the organization, managing the Program, Finance and Administration Directors. The COO has operational responsibility of Israel & Co.'s programs, including strategic planning processes and new programmatic initiatives, staff management, and measurement and evaluation. In addition, the COO will provide coordination of the senior management team and work with the Board of Directors to keep them abreast of programmatic strategies and developments.
