Program Associate, iTrek Business
The Program Associate is responsible for executing different aspects of the iTrek Business trip portfolio, including ongoing training and support for trip leaders in all stages of trip planning and implementation, working with service providers in Israel, evaluation and ongoing communication with trip leaders. The Senior Program Manager and Program Associate work with an average of 44 iTreks per year. The position may require occasional travel. Chief Operating Officer
The COO joins the CEO in the management team, which oversees of a team of eleven. The COO oversees Programming, Marketing, and Operations. He or she manages the financials of the organization, data measurement, human resources and evaluation, governance and compliance, and board relations.
