Who We Are

At Israel & Co., our mission is simple: We encourage and empower present and future leaders to visit Israel so that they can gain a better understanding of and appreciation for its global, innovative and diverse culture, and complex reality.

Our programs are guided by a theory of change: We recruit and support influential people in leading trips to Israel for their peers, students, and colleagues. We connect them to inspiring Israeli thought leaders, innovators, and policymakers, offering them quality content and a powerful experience. They return to their personal, professional and civic lives with a better understanding of and appreciation for the country and its people and they serve as credible voices in everyday life about what Israel is really like.

We currently target top graduate schools in the fields of business, law, and policy. These schools have a strong track record for turning out tomorrow’s leaders and change-makers, whose graduates will one day hold influential roles in their companies and communities. To date, we have worked with approximately 150 student- and faculty-led delegations (more than 5,000 people) from the U.S. and 13 countries abroad. To learn more, view the video below.

Our Commitment to Outcomes

At Israel & Co., we are deeply committed to filling an unmet need in the Israel education and engagement arena. We’ve brought business and nonprofit best practices together, and we’re intensely focused on outcomes and leveraging donor funding to produce the greatest impact.

Among other indicators, we measure our success based on the numbers of trips and participants, and students’ changes in attitude and perceptions of Israel.

I think you can grow as a professional only if you grow personally, and this experience has helped me grow in both ways. Israel is a place where ideas are developing. There are young minds working together to build a better world.
